this is about doing the right thing on the job. it is also about honesty. the way you do things on the job. your boss should be able to trust that you did the right thing. many people might tell you otherwise but it is really up to your boss.

i think that the facility and its programs are very healthy for the people that are there. the clubs probably calm them down. the kids there are also learning new things everyday. not only are they learning they also play sports. they should be happy there.

I'm guessing that doing the right thing is basically following orders ,showing up to work on time. all the little things will help you get a better attitude. it will also help you become a better workman. there needs to be trust in your workplace.

i guess it is basically saying is be honest about your work. you can get even more trust to get a raise.
